Fees paid are regarded as confirmation of the scheduled session time and date. Any change to the scheduled sessions is to be informed in writing and made at least 24 hours prior to the session. Any exception granted for a refund, an admin fee of $5 applies for any cancellation by the sign-up for any classes or camps. Any cancellation to the scheduled session, that is less than 3 hours prior to the session, is deemed as a last minute cancellation. Fees paid are non-refundable, non-replaceable and non-transferable.
